Melting Sandcastle (2026)

Melting Sandcastle brings together eight ACC Dance and Somatic faculty members in a structured improvisation. Accompanied by a live violinist using loop pedals, the dancers move from a state of primordial inner focus to collective unity. Some imagery that propels the dancing includes shooting stars, dissolving sandcastles, and the ebb and flow of tides.
